I designed the interface and elements as well as the shell to house the kiosk residing in the Museum of Chinese in the Americas (MoCA). The kiosk maps and charts the history of immigration to New York City's Chinatown neighborhood incorporating the museum artifacts, images and data from their archives.
The kiosk was designed to allow visitors to explore and encourage their participation by adding their contributions: personal stories, photos, memorabilia, video and audio. Several 3D simulated maps of New York City's Chinatown designed by The Environmental Simulation Center where also integrated into the design.
